Common use of Registration of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Registration of Warrants. (1) The Company shall, at all times while any Warrants are outstanding, cause the Warrant Agent and its agents to maintain a register in which will be entered in alphabetical order the names, latest known addresses of the Warrantholders and particulars of the Warrants held by them, and a register of transfers in which shall be entered the particulars of all transfers of Warrants, such registers to be kept by and at the principal transfer office of the Warrant Agent in the City of Toronto.
