Common use of Registration of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Registration of Warrants. The Warrant Agent, on behalf of the ------------------------ Company, will keep or cause to be kept, at the principal office of the Warrant Agent designated for such purpose, books for registration and transfer of the Warrant Certificates issued hereunder by the Company.
