Common use of Registration of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Registration of Warrants. The Company shall maintain a register of the Warrants to record therein the name and address of the registered holders thereof, instructions for notices, and other information for transfers or exchanges of the Warrants. No transfer of a Warrant shall be valid unless made by the registered holder with the prior written consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld and the registered holder shall be deemed the owner thereof for purposes of this Agreement, including payment of principal and interest thereon. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.04 to the contrary, the transfer of any Warrant shall also be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth therein.

The registered holder of the Warrants shall be deemed the owner thereof for purposes of this Agreement, including payment of principal and interest thereon. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.04 to the contrary, the transfer of any Warrant shall also be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth therein.
