It is expected of all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Municipality's Accredited Supplier Database to register without delay on the prescribed form. The Municipality reserves the right not to award tenders to prospective suppliers who are not registered on the Database.

Registration on Accredited Supplier Database. It is expected of all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Municipality's Accredited Supplier Database to register without delay on the prescribed form. It will be expected from Suppliers to update registration details every 12 months from date of registration. Payment will not be effected if supplier information is outdated. The Municipality reserves the right not to award tenders to prospective suppliers who are not registered on the Database.
