Common use of Registration Period Clause in Contracts

Registration Period. In the case of a registration effected by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep such registration effective at all times during the period commencing on the effective date of the registration statement and continuing thereafter until the all Registrable Securities covered by such registration have been sold thereunder.

Registration Period.
