Registration permits. The Secretary of State, in cooperation with the Secretary, shall issue annually a registra- tion permit for each fishing vessel of a foreign nation which is a party to an international fish- ery agreement under which foreign fishing is au- thorized by section 1821(b) of this title and which wishes to engage in fishing described in subsection (a) of this section. Each such permit shall set forth the terms and conditions con- tained in the agreement that apply with respect to such fishing, and shall include the additional requirement that the owner or operator of the fishing vessel for which the permit is issued shall prominently display such permit in the wheelhouse of such vessel and show it, upon re- quest, to any officer authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter (as provided for in sec- tion 1861 of this title). The Secretary of State, after consultation with the Secretary and the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating, shall prescribe the form and manner in which applications for registration permits may be made, and the forms of such per- mits. The Secretary of State may establish, re- quire the payment of, and collect fees for reg- istration permits; except that the level of such fees shall not exceed the administrative costs incurred by him in issuing such permits.

Registration permits. 7.1 Upon the execution of this Agreement the Club shall immediately use best endeavours to effect the registration of the Player with the Club under the RFU Registration Regulations in force at the time if he is not already so registered and the Player shall provide all necessary information to assist in such registration. In the event that registration is not achieved then this Agreement shall lapse and the Club shall not be liable for any damages.
Registration permits. Purchaser shall have received (subject to Section 8.2(h)) such evidence to its satisfaction that the reallocation of the DMM Securities from Seller to Purchaser has been approved by the NYSE and that it has been authorized by the NYSE, and has all such other rights, authorizations and approvals necessary, to trade as a DMM in the DMM Securities.

  • Preservation of Corporate Existence, Etc Preserve and maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to preserve and maintain, its corporate existence, rights (charter and statutory) and franchises; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may consummate any merger or consolidation permitted under Section 5.02(b) and provided further that neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall be required to preserve any right or franchise if the Board of Directors of the Borrower or such Subsidiary shall determine that the preservation thereof is no longer desirable in the conduct of the business of the Borrower or such Subsidiary, as the case may be, and that the loss thereof is not disadvantageous in any material respect to the Borrower, such Subsidiary or the Lenders.
