REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR OUT OF AREA EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES. X. Xx employer signed to the Painters Agreement from outside the area described in Section 1 (above) shall register his/her job or jobs on forms provided under the procedures set forth in this Agreement and deposit the sum of not more than four-hundred ($400.00) dollars, which shall include the Bond Fee, effective July 1, 2006. The registration fee for each anniversary date of this Agreement shall be determined by the Negotiators of this Agreement. These fees shall be paid into the LMCC annually before the commencement of any work on said job or jobs, or stand subject to such damages or liquidated damages as may be deemed sufficient by the LMCC.
