Common use of Registration Questionnaire Clause in Contracts

Registration Questionnaire. The Investor has completed or caused to be completed the Registration Questionnaire attached hereto as Exhibit C (or has otherwise provided in a written form the information requested in such Registration Questionnaire) and the signature page hereto, each for use in preparation of the Registration Statement, and the information contained in such completed Registration Questionnaire (or such other form provided by the Investor) and on such signature page are true and correct in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement and will be true and correct as of the effective date of the Registration Statement; provided that the Investor shall be entitled to update such information by providing written notice thereof to the Company prior to the effective date of the Registration Statement.
