Common use of Registration Rights of Others Clause in Contracts

Registration Rights of Others. (a) Subject to Section 8(b) hereof, if the Company shall at any time hereafter provide any Person any rights with respect to the registration of any securities of the Company under the Securities Act, such rights shall not permit any such securities to become registered during the period between Closing and the date that is 180 days after the Mandatory Registration Statement becomes effective or, in any other manner, be superior to the rights provided herein to the Investors and the Placement Agent.
