Registration Rights to Others. Other than as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto, the Company is not party to any agreement with respect to its securities granting any registration rights to any Person. If the Company shall at any time hereafter provide to any holder of any securities of the Company rights with respect to the registration of such securities under the Securities Act, such rights shall not be in conflict with or materially adversely affect any of the rights provided in this Agreement to the Stockholders.
