The Company shall not without the written consent of the holders of at least a majority of the Registrable Shares grant to any third party or group of parties rights with respect to registration of shares of Stock under the Securities Act except for registration rights that are subordinate to the registration rights of the holders of the Registrable Securities under this Article 9.
