Registration Statement; Efforts. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees during the Voting Period to provide to the Purchaser, the Company and their respective Representatives any information regarding Holder or the Shares that is reasonably requested by the Purchaser, the Company or their respective Representatives for inclusion in the Registration Statement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees that it shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Purchaser and the Company to effect the Merger and the other Transactions and the provisions of this Agreement.
Registration Statement; Efforts.
