The Subadviser agrees to review the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information at the request of the Investment Adviser in connection with the Trust’s annual update to its Registration Statement on Form N-1A, or at such other times the Investment Adviser may reasonably request to ensure that the description of the Subadviser and the investment policies and strategies followed by the Subadviser in managing the Fund are accurate in all material respects.
