Common use of Registration Term Clause in Contracts

Registration Term. The Company shall prepare and file such additional registration statements as necessary and use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause such registration statements to be declared effective by the Commission so that a shelf registration statement remains continuously effective, subject to Section 2.11, with respect to the Registrable Securities as and for the periods required under Section 2.1(a) or (b), as applicable, such subsequent registration statements to constitute a Issuer Shelf Registration Statement or a Resale Shelf Registration Statement, as the case may be, hereunder.
