The Holder shall have the right to participate in the registration rights granted to purchasers of the Units (as defined in the Subscription Agreement) pursuant to Article VII of the Subscription Agreement. By acceptance of this Warrant, the Holder agrees to comply with the provisions in Article VII of the Subscription Agreement.
