Registry of Warrants. The Company or an agent duly appointed by the Company (which initially shall be the Warrant Agent) shall maintain a registry (the “Warrant Registry”) showing the names and addresses of the respective Registered Holders and the date and number of Warrants held by each such Registered Holder. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in any Warrant Certificate or Warrant Statement, the Company and the Warrant Agent may deem and treat any Registered Holder of a Warrant as the absolute owner thereof (notwithstanding any notation of ownership or other writing thereon made by anyone).
