Common use of Regular and Annual Meetings Clause in Contracts

Regular and Annual Meetings. An annual meeting of the Board for the election of officers shall be held, without notice other than these Bylaws, immediately after, and at the same place as, the annual meeting of the shareholders, or, with notice, at such other time or place as the Board may fix by resolution. The Board may provide, by resolution, the time and place, within or without the State of Delaware, for the holding of regular meetings of the Board without notice other than such resolution.
