Common use of Regular Law Enforcement Officers Clause in Contracts

Regular Law Enforcement Officers. Regular Law Enforcement Officers shall be those officers which have been certified by the State of Texas as peace officers and commissioned accordingly by the Comal County Sheriff’s Office. While on duty under the terms of this Agreement, Regular Law Enforcement Officers are to be paid at one-and-a-half times his regular hourly rate. The hours for regular law enforcement officers are up to a maximum of 1666 hours. The maximum funds to be expended on Regular Law Enforcement Officers under the terms of this agreement shall be $145,224.39, including vehicle expense listed below in 2.04 (C.).
