Regular Members. Any adult person actively interested in furthering the objectives of the Local League may become a Regular Member upon payment of dues ($20.00 per calendar year). Regular Members will be listed and may petition to be heard by the Board of Directors. The secretary shall maintain the roll of membership of Regular Members. All Officers, Board Members, Committee Members, Managers, Coaches1, and other elected or 1 Two maximum coaches per team must be appointed by League President and approved by board. appointed officials must be active Regular Members in good standing. Note: Regular Members of the league automatically include all current Managers, Coaches, Board Members, and Officers of the Board as recognized by the Board. Dues for these members in these positions are waived.
Regular Members. It is the intent of this Agreement that a minimum of ninety-five (95) Professional Members be employed as Regular Members during the first four (4) years of the Agreement. . Beginning with the 2023/2024 Season, the minimum number of Regular Members shall be reduced to ninety-three (93) through attrition. In the event that fewer than ninety-five (95), ninety-three (93) in the 2023-2024 Season, Regular Members shall be offered and shall accept employment for the season with the Association, then the Association shall so advise AGMA and request referral of qualified AGMA members, and any persons so referred shall be auditioned. In order to meet this requirement, therefore, if the above procedures do not result in the minimum number of Regular Members being employed, the Association shall select from among the Associate Members such additional persons determined by the Association to be the best qualified for Regular Chorister status, and such persons shall become Regular Choristers under the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Section shall be construed as limiting the discretion of the Association to determine and apply appropriate musical standards in auditioning and selecting Professional Members of the chorus. All Regular Members offered a contract for a given season, must accept engagements in at least two out of three, two out of four, three out of five, four out of six, or four out of seven of that individual’s offered work. Regular Members who do not accept work as outlined above shall be offered the works for which they are available. Regular Members who do not meet the minimum engagements in two consecutive years forfeit their status as a Regular Member.

Note: Regular Members of the league automatically include all current Managers, Coaches, Volunteer Umpires, Board Members, Officers of the Board and any other person who is recognized by the Board as a volunteer in the Local League, including those volunteers with the following titles: Team Parent, Concessions Coordinator, Field Coordinator, Fundraising Coordinator, Picture Coordinator, Tournament Coordinator, Player Development Coordinator, Uniform Coordinator, Sponsor Coordinator, Special Events Coordinator and Umpire Coordinator.
Regular Members. New applicants meeting the eligibility requirements will be accepted as Regular Members (other than Global Holding Members) upon: providing certification of eligibility for Membership, including evidence of the existence of a passenger vessel and ownership or operating rights to such vessel and of the existence of an applicable or required performance bond; agreeing to comply with these Bylaws and any other applicable policies, procedures and rules as may be adopted from time-to-time by the Board of Directors; payment of such dues, fees, or assessments as required for Regular Members; and signing a counterpart to the FMC Agreement.
Regular Members. Concurrent with the execution of this AGREEMENT, each of the TASK FORCE AGENCIES shall appoint one regular representative to the Task Force and one alternate representative to act in the absence of the regular representative. The representatives must be vested with the authority to act on behalf of the appointing TASK FORCE AGENCY, but only as provided for in this AGREEMENT. No actions by the TASK FORCE AGENCIES shall bind the TASK FORCE AGENCIES, except as explicitly provided for in this AGREEMENT. The identity of the appointed representatives shall be promptly communicated in writing to SAWPA. The representatives shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing TASK FORCE AGENCY and may be removed at any time, with or without cause; provided, however, that the TASK FORCE AGENCIES acknowledge and agree that the continuity of representation on the Task Force is important to the overall effectiveness of the Task Force, and the TASK FORCE AGENCIES further agree to ensure such continuity whenever possible.
