Founding Members. A Founding Member of the SBWMA shall be one who has joined on the formation of the SBWMA December 9, 1999. Founding Members are listed as such in Exhibit A and B hereto.

TECNOPOLO Italy Industry Tecnopolo S.p.A was created in 1995 in order to xxxxxx integration between manufacturing and new orientations in industry and services, providing space and facilities for engineering excellence, scientific and technical development, and the quest for innovative products and processes. Tecnopolo‘s activities cover important fields such as ICT and Biosciences. Associacion Xxxxxxxxx Madrid Spain User Organisation The APM is a Non-Profit Organization that has been working in the care of people with Xxxxxxxxx and their families since 1994. XXX XXXXX International Foundation Romania User Organisation The AAIF is a non-profit, high profile medical care and postgraduate education organization. The activities performed in the field of ageing and brain-aging include clinical assistance, fundamental and applicative research, long-term care of frail and cognitively impaired elderly, academic and post-academic education. ARTICA Spain ICT Solution Provider Artica Telemedicina was created in 2003 with the objective of bringing to the market technological solutions for the health sector. ARTICA is a company dedicated to telemedicine and health informatics consultancy and key in hand services and software projects development. Tecpitch Engenharia e Inovação Portugal ICT Solution Provider TecPitch, is a high-tech Start-up dedicated to exploit RTD results in new products or services.
Founding Members. Founding Members are defined as the original institutions whose cooperation made the formation of WECAN possible. WECAN Membership in the Association as of the Effective Date shall consist of all Founding Members whose names appear on Exhibit A and who are signatories to this Agreement. Founding Members will always have one position per institution on the Executive Committee for WECAN or any “Board” or “Committee” whose charter is to direct, guide, set policy, governs, or plans the actions, growth, or policy of WECAN, U.A.
Founding Members. A Platinum Founder or Founder may change its membership class to a lower class of Member but it may not return, as the case may be, to being a Platinum Founder or Founder.
Founding Members. Contemporaneous with the execution of this Agreement, and as a condition precedent to Metavante's obligations hereunder, Spectrum shall cause each Founding Member to execute the Founding Member Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Contemporaneous with the execution of this Agreement and as a condition precedent to Spectrum's obligations hereunder, Metavante agrees to execute the Founding Member Agreement with each of the Founding Members. Spectrum may add additional Founding Members to this Agreement upon providing written notice thereof to Metavante., Any such additional Founding Member shall sign the Founding Member Agreement and Metavante shall execute such Founding Member Agreement with such Founding Member.
