Regularly Scheduled Workweek. To the maximum extent practicable, the employer shall schedule the time to be spent by an employee in a travel status away from his or her official duty, station within the regularly scheduled workweek of the employee.

Regularly Scheduled Workweek. The regular work week for full-time employees who work 2,080 hours per annum, shall consist of five (5) consecutive days with two (2) consecutive days off or a four (4) day, ten (10) hour schedule with a minimum of two (2) consecutive days off. Deviation from this schedule, or the schedule change requirements of Section 14.01, will require a written waiver from the employee, and shall not be unreasonably withheld by the employee. The regular workweek for exempt employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, with two (2) consecutive days off or a four (4) day, ten (10) hour schedule with a minimum of two (2) consecutive days off. Theater Production Service employees will be allowed to clock in at the branch where they start their workday.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Scheduled Holidays Holidays for certain employees, typically 24/7 facilities, are pre-scheduled on days other than the holidays mentioned in Section 1. This schedule is determined in advance. If employees who have their holiday pre-scheduled are required to work on that pre-scheduled holiday day, they are compensated as follows: a.) Cash overtime employees are paid for the number of holiday hours pre-scheduled plus payment at the rate of time and one-half for the number of hours actually worked. b.) Compensatory leave eligible employees are paid for the number of hours prescheduled plus credited with holiday compensatory time for the number of hours actually worked, which must be used within one (1) year after having accrued this time. This provision does not apply to an employee who is on leave without pay during the same pay period as the assigned holiday.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Workday and Workweek The regular workweek of a full-time employee in the bargaining unit shall be forty (40) hours and shall consist of five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week for full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours, exclusive of the time allotted for meal periods, consisting of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The week shall commence with the shift that includes 12:01 A.M. Sunday of each calendar week and end at the start of the shift that includes 12:00 midnight the following Saturday. The Employer retains the right to modify the work schedules to meet operational needs.

  • Paydays (a) Paydays will remain the current practice unless otherwise negotiated between the parties. (b) A comprehensive statement detailing all payments, allowances and deductions will be provided each pay period. The Employer will advise employees in writing on a monthly basis their vacation, sick leave, lieu time and overtime banks. (c) The distribution of paycheques will be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque will be confidential.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.
