Regulated markets. Any reference in this Agreement to a regulated market shall be construed as a reference to a regulated market within the meaning given in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2004/39/EC, as amended.

Regulated markets. As used herein, in relation to any Notes which are to have a "listing" or to be "listed" (a) on Euronext Dublin, "listing" and "listed" shall be construed to mean that such Notes have been admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on its regulated market and (b) on any other Stock Exchange in a jurisdiction within the European Economic Area, "listing" and "
