Regulation AB Representations, Warranties and Covenants. So long as the Seller is required to file any reports with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee each agree to perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and each makes the covenants and agreements therein applicable to it.
