Regulation AB Representations, Warranties and Covenants. The Issuer and the Indenture Trustee each agree to perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and each makes the representations and warranties therein applicable to it.
