Common use of Regulation by City Clause in Contracts

Regulation by City. To the full extent permitted by applicable law either now or in the future, City reserves the right to adopt or issue such rules, regulations, orders, or other directives governing telecommunications that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement and that it finds necessary or appropriate in the lawful exercise of its police powers, and Company expressly agrees to comply with all such lawful rules, regulations, orders, or other directives.
