Common use of REGULATION CHANGE Clause in Contracts

REGULATION CHANGE. Landlord shall have the right to make such other and further reasonable Rules and Regulations, as in the judgment of Landlord, may from time to time be needful for the appearance, care and cleanliness of the Buildings, for the preservation of good order therein, and for the health and safety of the tenants and their visitors, provided that all such Rules and Regulations shall be enforced by Landlord in a nondiscriminatory fashion. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for any violation of Rules and Regulations by any other tenant, but shall use reasonable efforts to enforce such compliance with the Rules and Regulations.

REGULATION CHANGE. Landlord shall have the right to make such other additional rules and further reasonable Rules and Regulations, regulations as in the judgment of Landlord, Landlord may from time to time be needful needed for the safety, appearance, care care, and cleanliness of the Buildings, Building and for the preservation of good order therein, and for the health and safety of the tenants and their visitors, provided that all such Rules and Regulations shall be enforced by Landlord in a nondiscriminatory fashion. ; Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for any violation of Rules any rules and Regulations regulations by any other tenant, but shall use reasonable efforts to enforce such compliance with the Rules and RegulationsTenants.

Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for any violation the enforcement of the Rules and Regulations or by any the violation thereof by other tenant, but shall use reasonable efforts to enforce such compliance with the Rules and Regulationstenants.
