Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, every person or entity who, in addition to or in lieu of Purchaser, is deemed to be a purchaser pursuant to Regulation D or Regulation S promulgated under the Act or otherwise, does hereby make and join in the making of all the covenants, representations, and warranties made by Purchaser.
