Regulations Concerning Transfer and Registration. All transfers of Notes and entries on the Register will be made subject to the detailed regulations concerning transfer of Notes in Schedule 1 to the Fiscal Agency Agreement. The regulations may be changed by the Issuer with the approval of the Registrar.
