Regulatory Activities Costs. From and after the Effective Date, each Party shall be fully and independently responsible for all Regulatory Activities Costs associated with obtaining Regulatory Approval for Product in the Field in the Territory of such Party.
Regulatory Activities Costs. Regulatory Activities Costs shall mean all the costs and expenses (excluding Development Costs) for Regulatory Activities, including (i) the fully allocated costs of both Parties' internal clinical, regulatory and technical personnel engaged in the Regulatory Activities, (ii) the fees and other amounts to be paid to Regulatory Authority in connection therewith, and (iii) the costs associated with any Post-Filing Activities or Post-Approval Studies.
