Regulatory and Corporate Proceedings. Each Party will obtain all regulatory approvals, independently examine government regulations applicable to its business that may affect the Services, obtain any necessary permits and comply with any regulatory requirement applicable to such Party and its obligation under the Agreement that may affect the Services. Each Party will from time to time inform the other in writing of regulatory or legal requirements specific to its business that may affect the Services.
