Regulatory Approval of Amendments. No amendment to this Agreement until prior approval of the Iowa Insurance Department has been received by the Company. Similarly, if the approval of other Governmental Entities is required no amendment to this Agreement shall take effect until all such necessary approvals have been received by the Company.
