REGULATORY APPROVALS AND REQUIREMENTS. The respective rights and obligations of the Optionor and the Optionee hereunder are subject to acceptance by the Exchange of any and all filings required to be made with the Exchange in respect of this Agreement and/or the subject matter hereof.

REGULATORY APPROVALS AND REQUIREMENTS.
