All work shall be performed in accordance with the most current regulatory criteria and standards, which include, but are not limited to:  Waste Discharge Requirements issued by the respective California Regional Water Quality Control Boards;  Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Subtitle D;  California Code of Regulations Titles 8 (Cal-OSHA), 14, 23, and 27;  South Coast Air Quality Management District Rules 403, Title V, NSPS and 1150.1;  National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) including Construction General and Industrial General Permits;  County of Orange OC Public Works, ; County of Orange OC Public Works Grading Manual and Excavation Code;  Uniform Fire Code;  Others may include: APWA Standard Specifications, current County of Orange Hydrology Manual and California Environmental Quality Act, as well as instructions set forth by the Director of OC Waste & Recycling or designee; and  Any other agency permits pertinent to the Project.
