Common use of Regulatory Generally Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Generally. Licensee shall be solely responsible for obtaining all regulatory approvals, including any Key Approvals and local regulatory approvals, necessary for Licensee to develop, manufacture, use, Retail, Vend and Commercialize the Compound and Licensed Product as permitted under this Agreement. Shionogi, to the extent necessary, will reasonably cooperate with limited administrative requests (eg, confirmatory letter of license grant) from Licensee to enable registration of the Licensed Product in the Territory.
