Common use of Regulatory Information Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Information. Subject to Applicable Law and to the extent provided by the Company and its Subsidiaries prior to the Completion of the IPO, the Company shall provide NAB with copies of, and access to, (A) all reports of examinations and other supervisory visitations regarding the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and prepared by or for any federal or state bank regulatory agency or authority with jurisdiction over the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and (B) any other supervisory communications to or from any such bank regulatory agency or authority identifying any matter requiring attention or correction by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or regarding any existing or potential investigation or enforcement action by any such bank regulatory agency relating to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
