Each Lender shall have received (i) all documentation and other written information required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act, reasonably requested by them at least five (5) Business Days prior to execution of this Agreement and (ii) the Beneficial Ownership Regulation (including a Beneficial Ownership Certification).
