Regulatory Order Sample Clauses

A Regulatory Order clause defines the parties' obligations in the event that a government or regulatory authority issues an order affecting the agreement. Typically, this clause requires the parties to comply with such orders, which may include suspending, modifying, or terminating certain activities under the contract. For example, if a new law prohibits the sale of a product covered by the agreement, the parties must adjust their actions accordingly. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the contract remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and to provide a clear process for responding to unforeseen regulatory changes.
