A Regulatory Recovery Fee is charged monthly to offset costs incurred by NEC in maintaining compliance with federal, state and municipal regulatory bodies, government inquiries and related legal expenses (“Recovery Fee”). This fee is not a tax or charge required or assessed by any government. The Recovery Fee will apply to each User and charged to Your Account.
