Regulatory Reference Sample Clauses
Regulatory Reference. A reference in this Agreement to a section in the Privacy and/or Security Rule means the section as in effect or as amended.
Regulatory Reference. A reference in this Addendum to HIPAA Regulations means the sections as in effect or as amended.

In case of a Consumer, and without prejudice to the provisions of article 1.2 above in the case of a foreign Final Customer, the Legal Guarantee is represented by the guarantee for defective prod- ucts and by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided for respectively by articles 114 and 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 205/2006 (Con- sumer Code). In no way does the Commercial Guarantee vio- late or limit the Legal Guarantee applicable each time in favour of the Final Customer.
