Common use of Regulatory Reporting Compliance Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Reporting Compliance. The Administrator shall, on or before the last Business Day of the fifth month following the end of each of the Servicer’s fiscal years (December 31), beginning with the fiscal year ending in 2011, deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Interested Noteholders, as applicable, a copy of the results of any Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, an Officer’s Certificate that satisfies the requirements of Item 1122(a) of Regulation AB, an independent public accountant’s report that satisfies the requirements of Item 1123 of Regulation AB or similar review conducted on the Servicer by its accountants and such other reports as the Servicer may prepare relating to its servicing functions as the Servicer.
