Common use of Regulatory Violation Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Violation. The Contractor violates any Permits, orders, or filings of any regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Contractor relative to this Agreement in such a manner as to materially interfere with Contractor’s present or future ability to perform Contractor’s Obligations under this Agreement, provided the Contractor may contest any such orders or filings by appropriate proceedings conducted in good faith, in which case no breach of this Agreement shall be deemed to have occurred.

Regulatory Violation. The Contractor violates in any Permits, orders, or filings material respect any orders of any regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Contractor relative to this Agreement in such a manner as which violation could reasonably be expected to materially interfere with affect Contractor’s present or future 's ability to perform Contractor’s Obligations under this Agreementall of the Franchise Services, provided the Contractor may contest any such orders or filings by appropriate proceedings conducted in good faith, in which case no breach of the Franchise and this Agreement shall be deemed to have occurred.
