Rehabilitation requirements. A Participant who has a confirmed positive test result will not be eligible to participate in the Program until the Participant is evaluated by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and complete the Program rehabilitation requirements. The Participant can only regain their active status in the Program once they have completed the rehabilitation requirements. The Participant will receive notification from the TPA, which will contain instructions and a Reinstatement Form to be completed after an evaluation by an EAP.
