Reimbursement by Buyers. To the extent that the Company for any reason fails to indefeasibly pay any amount required under Sections 4(g) or 9(k) to be paid by it to the Collateral Agent (or any sub-agent thereof) or any Related Party of the Collateral Agent (or any sub-agent thereof), the Buyers hereby agree, jointly and severally, to pay to the Collateral Agent (or any such sub-agent) or such Related Party of the Collateral Agent (or any sub-agent thereof), as the case may be, such unpaid amount.
