Common use of Reimbursement by Issuer or Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement by Issuer or Guarantor. Subject to Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agent(s)) if any Paying Agent (where such Paying Agent is not the Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent, as the case may be) makes a payment in respect of Securities at a time at which the Fiscal Agent has not received the full amount of the relevant payment due to it under Clause 7.1 (Issuer or Guarantor to pay Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent), and the Fiscal Agent is not able out of the funds received by it under Clause 7.1 (Issuer or Guarantor to pay Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent) to reimburse such Paying Agent therefor (whether by payment under Clause 8.3 (Reimbursement by Fiscal Agent) or appropriation under Clause 8.4 (Appropriation by the Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent)), the relevant Issuer (or, in default, the Guarantor, where applicable) shall from time to time upon written demand pay to the Fiscal Agent for the account of such Paying Agent:
