Reimbursement by Owner. If any costs incurred by Charterer are costs which can be recovered under the Compulsory Insurances, Owner shall make a claim under the Compulsory Insurances on behalf of Charterer, and the amounts recovered shall be paid by Owner to Charterer immediately following such recovery.
