Reimbursement by Partnership. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Article IV and such reasonable allocation and other procedures as may be agreed upon by EQT and the General Partner from time to time, the Partnership hereby agrees to reimburse EQT for all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred by EQT Entities in connection with the provision of the Services to the Partnership Group, including the following:
