Common use of Reimbursement by Principal Paying Agent to other Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement by Principal Paying Agent to other Paying Agents. The Principal Paying Agent shall on demand promptly reimburse the other Paying Agents (if any) for payments of principal and interest properly made by them in accordance with the Conditions and this Agreement. The Issuer shall not be concerned with the apportionment of any moneys between the Principal Paying Agent and the other Paying Agents (if any) and payment to the Principal Paying Agent of any moneys due to the Paying Agents shall operate as a good discharge to the Issuer in respect of such moneys.
