Common use of Reimbursement by the Fund Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement by the Fund. The Investment Manager may retain, in connection with its responsibilities hereunder, the services of others to assist in the investment advice to be given to the Master Fund. Payment for any such services shall be assumed by the Investment Manager, and the Master Fund shall not have any liability therefore; provided, however, that the Investment Manager may in its discretion, on behalf of the Master Fund, retain the services of independent third party professionals, legal advisers, accountants, consultants and other professionals in connection with the services provided by the Investment Manager pursuant to this Agreement.
