Common use of Reimbursement Costs Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Costs. (a) The Borrower agrees to reimburse the Bank for any expenses it incurs in the preparation of this Agreement and any agreement or instrument required by this Agreement up to a maximum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500). Expenses include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, including any allocated costs of the Bank's in-house counsel.
