Reimbursement for Damage to Personal Items. In the event of an assault by a student(s) on an employee, while the employee is acting in the line of duty, causing damage to the employee’s personal property (excluding jewelry and watches) the Board shall make an equitable financial settlement for such damage with the employee involved. Such damage shall be reported immediately to the building administrator.
