Reimbursement for Expenses Incurred in Salvaging USDA Donated Food. Additional expenses are costs that the Contractor incurs in salvaging damaged USDA donated food s that are above their everyday expenses. Additional expenses are labor costs incurred specifically reworking and repacking damaged USDA donated food and hauling costs incurred in the disposal of non-salvageable USDA donated food. All invoices are to be sent directly to the Recipient Agency for forwarding to the Bureau of Food Distribution.

  • Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.
