Reimbursement for Outstanding Advances. During each Collection Period, the Servicer will be reimbursed for any outstanding Advance Balance on a Lease for the prior Collection Period (or, for the first Collection Period, as of the Cutoff Date) by retaining the following amounts (the “Advance Reimbursement Amount”) in the following order of priority:
